During the month of March, the first Global Town Hall Meeting of the year 2025 was held, a space in which global employees were able to learn about the most relevant news and milestones of the company.
The event, broadcast with simultaneous translation in four languages, was attended by various company leaders. Among them, Claudio Gajardo, Blasting Specialist Manager; Cristian Domínguez, IT Assistant Manager; Pablo Busquet, CFO; Patricia Valenzuela, CHRO; Danilo Vieira, Commercial Manager of Enaex Brazil; Comfort Mathenjwa, Marketing & Sales Manager – Southern Region of Enaex Africa, and the CEO of Enaex, Juan Andrés Errázuriz.
The session began with a reflection on security by Claudio Gajardo, followed by Cristián Domínguez, who presented the results of the Phishing 2024 campaigns. Pablo Busquet then presented the company’s financial results, highlighting the success of Enaex’s global expansion strategy.
Patricia Valenzuela presented the progress of the Recognition program, encouraging its continuity, while Danilo Vieira and Comfort Mathenjwa shared success stories from Enaex Brazil and Enaex Africa.
The event closed with Juan Andrés Errázuriz, who congratulated the teams and called for continued innovation in 2025, with a focus on the humanization of mining and recognition among collaborators.

On March 19, Enaex’s Sustainability Services area and Francisco Portilla, Commercial and Innovation Manager, participated in a conference on female inclusion at Antofagasta Minerals (AMSA). Companies in the sector shared progress and good practices in the incorporation and development of female talent.
Enaex presented its Salamanca Apprenticeship Program, developed with Minera Los Pelambres, as a successful model of female integration. It also highlighted its early training plans and the cells for attracting and retaining female talent. The initiative was recognized last Thursday, March 27 by AMSA as a program committed to attracting women in mining.
These initiatives reflect Enaex’s commitment to gender equity in the mining industry. Through programs and strategic alliances, the company promotes an inclusive and sustainable environment for the professional development of women.

Enaex Africa has achieved BBBEE Level 1 compliance, a milestone that reflects its strategic commitment to transformation, sustainability and inclusive growth. This achievement goes beyond meeting a requirement, being the foundation for building an inclusive business and a more equitable future.
The transformation at Enaex Africa started with its people, highlighting the participation of women in key leadership positions, representing 22% of the workforce, especially in on-site roles, a significant advance in the mining industry.
Through the YES program, the company has provided work experience to 88 young South Africans. In addition, its apprenticeship programs in AI, IT, agriculture and industrial skills are helping to bridge the skills gap. Enaex also supports black-owned businesses through Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD), facilitating funding, mentoring and access to the supply chain.

Plant in Héry is undergoing a significant transformation with the installation and deployment of more than 500 new signs throughout the site, along with the continuation of painting work on walkways and various buildings.
This project, led by the Signage team and METEO group, aims to align the plant’s image with Enaex Group standards, improving visibility, safety and space organization.

Enaex Brazil celebrated the Best Blasting Award, an initiative that seeks to recognize and value the dedication of the teams and the partnership with clients.
The revelation of the winners of the 2025 edition was broadcast on YouTube and highlighted blasts in the categories: Open Pit Mining, Underground Mining, Cement, Aggregates, Civil Construction and Pioneering. In addition, the Enaex Brazil teams that stood out in Safety, Innovation, Environment and Women in Mining were honored.

The Technical Training team in Peru launched the Career Plan – Trainee’s OCFs to train future Factory Truck Operators (OCF) in the southern zone, within the framework of the new contract with Cerro Verde.
The program began on April 1, 2025 and has nine trainees and will last four months. The training curriculum includes theoretical and practical modules in explosives driving, operation, calibration and formulation, developed both inside and outside the mining operation.
Currently, the participants are finishing the theoretical modules and are preparing for the start of the practical phase in the mine, where they will begin to accumulate their first hours of field driving.
The process is led by Helmont Ramos, Operational Equipment Instructor in Peru, who was trained in Chile to perform his role safely and efficiently.
This plan reinforces the company’s commitment to technical training and talent development in the mining industry.

As part of World Autism Awareness Day, the Municipality of Mejillones, through its Inclusion Office, held the second version of the Fair of the Senses. The activity brought together kindergartens and educational establishments of the commune with the aim of raising community awareness about autism and promoting inclusion.

The Occupational Health Department, under the leadership of Occupational Health Nurse Julie Foudrier, organized a series of information sessions on colorectal cancer prevention on March 24.
During the day, employees had the opportunity to interact with two specialists from the cancer detection center and the league against cancer, who shared key information on the importance of early detection and prevention measures.

Enaex Brazil celebrated the second edition of the Allied Supplier Award. The event honored suppliers who stood out in the following categories: Safety, Raw Materials, Logistics and Infrastructure. In total, 30 suppliers were evaluated in aspects such as quality, compliance with deadlines, commitment to innovation projects, among others.

On March 26, the first EMTS Workshop was held, a space designed to strengthen knowledge and collaboration between attendees and technical representatives. During the workshop, key guidelines were established on the work structure and essential training, contributing to the improvement of operations.
The event addressed strategic topics such as generating value for customers, green ammonium nitrate manufacturing, factory truck maintenance and design, good operational practices and high-performance teamwork. For the first time, this fundamental knowledge was consolidated in a single space, promoting more efficient operations management.
