ENGAGEMENT SURVEY 2025: RESULTS THAT REFLECT OUR COMMITMENT

During September, the 2025 Engagement Survey was conducted through the Qualtrics platform, with the goal of understanding our employees’ perceptions across various areas and continuing to strengthen our commitment to their development and well-being.

The results obtained are very positive and demonstrate the joint effort we’ve been making: we reached 84% in Engagement, 90% in Experience vs. Expectation, and 84% in Intention to Stay. These indicators confirm the high level of satisfaction and commitment within our teams, marking an important milestone in our path of continuous improvement.

With these advancements, we now begin the action plan management stage. Therefore, we invite all leaders to share the results with their teams and work collaboratively on initiatives that allow us to continue enhancing our capabilities, strengthening employee well-being, and consolidating our growth as an organization.

You can now review the detailed results of the 2025 Engagement Survey by clicking here. Please note that areas with fewer than five responses will not have access to their results to ensure confidentiality.
