ENAEX AUSTRALIA STOOD OUT AT THE UNDERGROUND OPERATORS CONFERENCE 2025

With a focus on the latest advancements and challenges in underground mining, the Underground Operators Conference 2025 was held in Australia. Enaex Australia participated in the event from April 7 to 9, strengthening its presence at one of the region’s most significant mining industry gatherings.

During the conference, Enaex had its own booth and sponsored one of the event’s main sessions, which focused on the use of technology in underground mining. This session brought together experts from companies such as BHP, Hatch, and Epiroc, creating a space of high technical and strategic value.

A standout moment of the event was the exhibition of the Charmec Revo, a next-generation underground charging system currently being tested in collaboration with Normet. This “pick and deliver” solution is designed to enhance operator safety and maximize productivity. It will be tested for the first time outside of Finland, under real mining operation conditions with Enaex in Australia.

Charmec Revo represents a concrete step in Enaex’s purpose of humanizing mining: keeping people away from high-risk areas and promoting safer, more efficient, and more sustainable operations.
