The Technical Excellence Program continues to advance as a strategic initiative of Enaex Brasil, aimed at continuously enhancing excellence in rock blasting services, strengthening technical and behavioral competencies aligned with the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational performance.
In 2025, the program planning phase was carried out with the participation of 146 employees in a technical and behavioral assessment. This diagnostic process made it possible to identify excellence best practices present at each site, as well as reference professionals who, through the Technical Excellence Program, now play a fundamental role in disseminating this knowledge.
In 2026, the program enters a new phase with the start of training activities, with the objective of expanding these excellence practices to all Enaex Brasil sites. Reference professionals act as key agents in this process, contributing to standardization, strengthening the service excellence culture, and generating consistent value for customers.
Being the preferred partner in the regions where we operate requires people who are references in their fields, translating our vision into excellence, trust, and value delivered to customers.
