At the start of 2026, Enaex Africa launched its Back-to-School campaign with a simple but meaningful goal – supporting learners by collecting school shoes and helping them step confidently into the new academic year.
The initiative was made possible through strong employee collaboration as part of Enaex Africa’s employee volunteerism programme – from identifying the school to securing sponsorship support.
On 17 April 2026, the campaign came to life with the official handover of 53 pairs of school shoes to learners at Sekete IV High School in Kanana Village, Rustenburg. With the valued assistance of Meals on Wheels and shoes generously donated by employees from the Rustenburg Plants and Head Office, the shoes were successfully delivered to learners in need.
Access to proper school shoes is more than a necessity – it contributes to confidence and daily comfort. Through this campaign, Enaex Africa sought to make a tangible difference in the lives of young learners, enabling them to focus on what truly matters: their education and future.
The initiative reflects Enaex Africa’s ongoing commitment to uplifting the communities in which it operates. Enaex Africa believes that even the smallest steps can create lasting impact – and that every pair of shoes represents a step towards a brighter future.

Enaex’s Héry plant in France has added a new feature to the digital kiosks installed in break rooms, allowing employees to submit Recognition entries directly from these locations.
The initiative aims to facilitate access to the Recognition Program for operators who do not have a computer in their daily work. The kiosks, located in buildings 2A and 12, already allowed for reporting safety incidents and can now also be used to recognize coworkers.
To use the tool, employees must select the “report an event” or “submit a recognition” option and fill in the requested information.
It is worth noting the significant growth in the culture of recognition in France in recent times, reflected in a 68% increase in recognitions made between 2024 and 2025. This new feature aims to continue bringing recognition closer to all employees and strengthen a culture where valuing the work of others is part of everyday life.

In April, Enaex Brasil took another important step in strengthening emotional health by conducting the Care Multipliers Training, an initiative of the Mente Plena Mental Health Program. A total of 40 employees were trained, expanding our internal support network.
The first group attended the training at the Enaex Core office in Belo Horizonte, and in some strategic units, the training was accompanied by the official launch of the program with teams and clients. On these occasions, DDS sessions on mental health and individual responsibility in self-care were held, along with a special breakfast, reinforcing dialogue and engagement with the topic.
Care Multipliers act as focal points for mental health in their units, promoting active listening, disseminating knowledge, and properly guiding employees to the company’s psychological support protocol. They are identified by a distinctive badge lanyard, making access easier in daily activities.
The expectation is to continue the training throughout the year, ensuring at least one Care Multiplier in each service unit, distribution center, and manufacturing area of the headquarters by the end of the year, reinforcing Enaex’s commitment to valuing life, teams, and clients.
